One of the most modern oil plants in Europe. We use advanced technologies and the latest scientific achievements. Over 30 million litres of capacity

Tank farm

Base oils and additives arrive by rail and tanker truck. Our special tanks hold over 30 million litres of product – not counting the warehouse where packed goods are stored.

Multi-stage blending

Technology

Base oil and additives are blended in several stages using SCT technology. High-precision computer equipment and complete control over the production process ensure every batch matches its formulation.

New laboratory since 2012

Laboratory

Our modern laboratory meets the requirements of the latest standards. Every batch is tested by FTIR and ICP spectroscopy and kinematic viscosity is measured at 40 °C and 100 °C – a product is released only once its quality is confirmed.

Plastic since 2012, metal since 2018

Packaging

We have produced plastic containers since 2012 and metal cans since 2018. Waste-free production, with 100% leak integrity testing of every package.

Fully automated lines

Filling

Our fully computerised packaging workshop completes orders quickly and accurately. Every filling is approved, labelled and prepared for shipment.

Step 01

Receiving

Base oils and additives arrive by rail and tanker truck and are stored in our tank farm.

Spectroscopy and viscosity tests in our laboratory confirm the quality of every batch.

Products are filled into plastic and metal packaging made in-house.
