Base oils and additives arrive by rail and tanker truck. Our special tanks hold over 30 million litres of product – not counting the warehouse where packed goods are stored.
Multi-stage blending
Base oil and additives are blended in several stages using SCT technology. High-precision computer equipment and complete control over the production process ensure every batch matches its formulation.
New laboratory since 2012
Our modern laboratory meets the requirements of the latest standards. Every batch is tested by FTIR and ICP spectroscopy and kinematic viscosity is measured at 40 °C and 100 °C – a product is released only once its quality is confirmed.
Plastic since 2012, metal since 2018
We have produced plastic containers since 2012 and metal cans since 2018. Waste-free production, with 100% leak integrity testing of every package.
Fully automated lines
Our fully computerised packaging workshop completes orders quickly and accurately. Every filling is approved, labelled and prepared for shipment.
Around 50,000 m² of warehouses
Around 50,000 m² of warehouse space and our location near the Baltic Sea allow our products to reach customers on all five continents quickly and safely.
